Carmen Wagner

Carmen Wagner is the Forest Hydrologist for the Wisconsin DNR. She works with landowners, foresters, and loggers on ways forest management can help to protect water quality. She received a B.S. in both Soil Science and Biological Conservation in 1993 and an M.S. in Environmental Planning in 2002 from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She began working for the DNR in 1999 in the Water Division. Prior to that, Carmen managed a native plant nursery in southwest Wisconsin and provided consulting and management services for prairie and wetland restorations.
