Richard Breckenridge

Richard Breckenridge is the Illinois EPA Agricultural & Rural Affairs Advisor. He has been with the Illinois EPA going on 4 years. He works in the Department of Policy and Outreach and has the responsibility to advise in all areas within the agency that affect agriculture in terms of environmental regulations and policy. He also works closely with other state agencies and agricultural commodity groups on environmental issues and policies. Since the inception of the Illinois Conservation & Climate Initiative in January of 2006, Richard has served to administrate the program in Illinois . Richard received his B.S. from Illinois State University.
