R. Bruce Allison

R. Bruce Allison is one of the Midwest 's most notable consulting arborists. He is a regular guest on Public Radio's Garden Talk show and has authored several books and professional articles on tree appreciation and maintenance. His two most recent books are Every Root an Anchor and Wisconsin's Champion Trees . He earned a Master's degree and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has served as President of the Wisconsin Arborist Association and Chairman of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Urban Forestry Council. His company Allison Tree Care, Inc. is located in Madison, Wisconsin.
