Managing Oak in the Face of Gypsy Moth Threat

Dr. Andrea Diss-Torrance has been the coordinator for the Wisconsin DNR's gypsy moth program since 1997. She was the DNR forest health specialist for 14 counties in northeastern Wisconsin between 1992 and 1997. Andrea received a PhD. from the university of Massachusetts on the nutritional ecology of the gypsy moth and how it influenced larval dispersal.
