Watershed Education Resource Center (WERC)
Heckrodt Wetland Reserve, Inc., in Menasha Wisconsin is proud to announce the opening of its Watershed Education Resource Center (WERC).  The WERC provides water quality monitoring equipment, pond study equipment, soil sampling tools, stormwater drain stenciling kits, and other water-related teaching tools for use by teachers, community leaders, scout groups, service organizations, environmental organizations and others interested in watershed ecology and environmental issues. US Geological Survey Water Science for Schools
The US Geological Survey Water Science for Schools website offers an introduction to many aspects of water.  There are pictures, data, maps and interactive locations (including a self-administered test).  An excellent resource for teachers and great fun for adults too!
