The Central Wisconsin River Basin is the watershed of the Wisconsin River as it flows through the central portions of the state. The basin includes most of Marathon, Wood, Portage, Adams, and Juneau, much of Monroe, as well as small portions of Jackson, Clark, Vernon, and Waushara Counties.
