Gail came to UWEX in February 2006 as the Basin Educator for the Milwaukee River Basin. Before joining UWEX she was Director of Education for the Aldo Leopold Nature Center. She also directed educational programs at Olbrich Botanical Gardens, was a Water Resources Specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and a teacher in the Milwaukee and Mount Horeb Public School systems. Gail is a Board Member for the Wisconsin Wetland Association and has been an advisor for a variety of statewide and national curriculum programs. She hold a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.S. in Water Resources Management, both from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
